Cisco service extension partner Intact Integrated Services, has announced a major recruitment drive to support its 2009 expansion programme.

Bob Dalton, Intact Integrated Services’ managing director, says: “This has given us an excellent platform to develop our newly-independent business, and the confidence to invest in our workforce despite the difficult trading conditions across the rest of the industry.”

A spokesperson told Recruiter: “The vast majority of new hires come from a single agency, whose team have a close understanding of the style and business ethos of Intact, and have demonstrated the ability to present a small number of close fit candidates across a wide range of disciplines.”

The company will be recruiting pre-sales consultants, graduate engineers through Cisco’s Academy programme, as well as project management, partner management and service delivery management staff. Intact will also be hiring additional personnel in sales support and its finance department to strengthen its own internal processes.
