Global executive search firm Pedersen & Partners has appointed Alex Dayrabekov principal at its Kiev office in Ukraine.

Dayrabekov will be responsible for managing relationships with clients and managers, and carrying out senior level recruitment assignments in Ukraine and the CIS.

Before joining Pedersen & Partners, Dayrabekov was a country manager at Move One Relocation, a global moving & relocation company. He was previously head of HR at Samsung Electronics Ukraine, and has also worked at a leading international recruitment company in Ukraine where he completed numerous international searches in Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Georgia and Uzbekistan.
