Nigeria’s minister of works Mike Onolememen has been given the go-ahead by President Goodluck Jonathan to recruit over 500 young engineers and technicians to the ministry, reports Nigerian newspaper Vanguard.

The workers will be employed on various projects across the nation including the improvement of its road network.
