X-PM Transition Partners (X-PM), French executive interim management firm, has reinforced its operations in India and Brazil to respond to the needs in these fast growing countries for quality managers.
In Brazil, X-PM has signed an exclusive partnership with InterManagement Group (IMG), a leading Brazilian interim management firm, to help companies set up and develop their activities on this market, which grew by 7.5% last year.
Brazil will host football’s World Cup in 2014 and the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro in 2016.
In India, X-PM has enlisted Ranjit Shastri, consultant (Bain, McKinsey), entrepreneur and investor, to help develop the interim market that has been growing since 2000 (GDP growth estimated at 8.6% for 2010/11).
Patrick Laredo, chief executive of X-PM, says: “The economic boom in Brazil and India has made it essential for both local and international companies to develop, organise and restructure their activities.
“Added to our presence in Shanghai, Beijing and Singapore, these new offices are solid proof of X-PM’s determination to act as a bridge between the old and new economies.”
Based in Paris, X-PM provides seasoned managers in three situations: restructuring and deployment, performance and project management, and interim management needs.
