Intern recruiter InternStar has launched a new website to enable British businesses and candidates to meet online.

The site offers small and medium-sized businesses the opportunity to identify talent from over 100 candidates that are university students, young graduates and post-graduates.

InternStar founder and chief executive Sulove Bothra says: “Internships allow businesses to mitigate risk by trying out a candidate first, offering a better alternative to direct recruitment. By taking on an intern, companies can bypass hiring freezes, so that projects are properly staffed.
