Jark Recruitment has introduced technology to alert jobseekers and employers as soon as a new job or candidate is added to its website.

The technology is based on the RSS (Really Simple Syndication) system, which keeps people up to date with breaking news. It updates, via an icon on the browser tool bar, a list of available jobs and available staff from Jark’s website, and removes the need to keep checking the site.

Jark technical director Danny Parr says: “I am positive that within the next six to 12 months you will see this technology become the standard in the recruitment industry as job sites compete more and more for their share of the internet marketplace.”
