JobNeters utilises referrals_2
Job board uses referrals to provide more qualified applicants
JobNeters has launched a job board which aims to provide more qualified candidates by working on a referral system.
All job postings on the site are free, the cost being the reward they pay upon hiring, JobNeters filters the applications by using referrers who lend weight and credibility to the applications.
Chris Toudic, managing director of JobNeters, says: “Recruiters need to receive more qualified CV’s. We think that JobNeters.com will save them time and time is money.”
Referrers are motivated by a reward given by recruiters if the candidate is hired. In order to reinforce the social web aspect developed by JobNeters, referrers are also encouraged to share their reward with charities. Furthermore, if a referrer gives the entire reward to a charity, JobNeters will add 10% to be given to the same charity.
