More than half of jobseekers are increasingly turning to social media for job searches, according to a report from jobs board SimplyHired.
More than half of jobseekers are increasingly turning to social media for job searches, according to a report from jobs board SimplyHired.
The data shows that 18% now use Facebook and 31% LinkedIn. The report also shows that 69% of jobseekers are willing to take a pay cut to avoid redundancy, while 36% see work-life balance as the most important consideration when looking for a job.
