Job board recognises the importance of demographic data of its job seekers
JobServe is to take part in the next National Online Recruitment Audience Survey (NORAS).
Ian Frost, JobServe marketing manager, says: ³We recognise that the industry is evolving and we want to know more about the demographics of our job seekers. ³Taking part in NORAS will also allow us to compare ourselves with others in the industry.² NORAS says increasingly job boards are seeing the benefits of providing more detailed, relevant and audited information about their users.
