John Rose has been appointed chief executive of hospitality recruiter Berkeley Scott.

His departure as chief executive of Hudson UK was announced on Friday (see story posted on Friday).

Berkeley Scott has announced its results for the year to 30 September. Turnover increased by 5.2% to £18m. Net fee income rose 3% to £9.5m. It made a pre-tax loss of £388,012, narrower than the £896,730 loss of a year earlier.
