Employers need to open up to students at various levels of education to land top talent, according to Richard Irwin, head of student recruitment at global professional services firm PwC.

Employers need to open up to students at various levels of education to land top talent, according to Richard Irwin, head of student recruitment at global professional services firm PwC.

Irwin’s comments came at aPwC careers day for secondary school careers advisers last week to educate them in the career options available and help students make an informed decision about their options.

Careers advisers in attendance were from schools in the central London and greater London region at PwC’s More London office, near London Bridge.
