Three Kellan board members purchased shares in the company on Tuesday.

Non-executive co-chairmen John Bowmer and Tony Reeves each purchased 450,000 ordinary shares at 7p a share. This brings the number of shares owned by  both Bowmer and Reeves to 13,047,251 shares each, totalling 30% of the company. 

Ross Eades, chief executive officer bought 700,000 shares at 7p a share.  This is Eades’ sole interest in the company, and represents 0.8 % of the shares on issue.
