Due to the restructure, the UK business is now being led by Tracy Ellison, who has assumed an interim role as managing director of the UK.
Recruiter can exclusively reveal that Chris Moore, who was the vice president/general manager for the UK and Ireland, has now left the organisation.
Philip Ashton, director of HR at Kelly Services, told Recruiter the company is beginning consultation for a re-structuring scheme which will leave it “significantly smaller”.
“Our parent organisation has set aside a fund to support us getting the business to the right size to protect the financial future of the organisation.”
Results for Kelly Services group, released last week, set aside a sum of between £11m and £14m for UK restructuring.
