Recruitment and retention solutions provider Kenexa has appointed former army recruiting director Andrew Jackson to spearhead its expansion into the public sector.
Recruitment and retention solutions provider Kenexa has appointed former army recruiting director Andrew Jackson to spearhead its expansion into the public sector.
Jackson, a former brigadier in command of the British Army’s Recruiting Group, which enlists around 20,000 men and women each year, joins as vice president of government solutions.
Jackson’s brief is to extend the global capability of Kenexa’s existing government solutions business. His responsibilities include promoting Kenexa’s recruitment process outsourcing, integrated talent management, skills/behavioural assessments, and employee survey products and services to government clients across the world
