HR business solutions provider Kenexa has launched a next-generation online strengths assessment tool from Marcus Buckingham, author and business consultant best known for promoting strengths as an assessment measure.

According to a Kenexa statement, StandOut is designed to reveal an individual’s top two strengths plus deliver practical techniques to help managers and employees “win at work”.

The Kenexa statement said the new tool would help managers answer three questions: ‘how can I become a better performance coach, how can my employees take responsibility for their own performance and development and how can we accelerate the uptake of best practices?’.
