Kinsey Allen International is to open a new office in Boston, US.

The executive search firm says the office will focus initially on key hires within the asset management market and will employ five members of staff by the end of the year.
 
The office will be run by new recruit Katie Vande Water, director and head of asset management – US. Vande Water previously worked in in-house search for Wellington Management Company and Putnam Investments, and spent several years with a global executive search firm J Robert Scott.  

She reports to Zak Allom, global head of asset management and managing director of Kinsey Allen International Hong Kong.
