Legal, International recruitment: GR Law expanding in Australia

GR Law is continuing to expand overseas by opening a new office in Melbourne, Australia.

GR Law is continuing to expand overseas by opening a new office in Melbourne, Australia. Gavin Crocker, director of GR Law, told Recruiter: “You have just got to go further afield to get new clients. Six months ago it was getting new candidates - now it’s clients. You can’t just wait for business to fall into your lap.”

Crocker adds: “The Australian market looks like it’s not going to go into recession.”

The new office is set to open after the Australian Bank Holiday at the end of January. It will be managed by Kelly Rogers, who currently runs the company’s Sydney office. Last year GR Law opened an ofice in Wellington, New Zealand.
