Taylor Root, which launched a secretarial division in October, has got onto the preferred supplier lists of “10s and 10s” of its law firms clients.

Nick Root, founding partner at Taylor Root, told Recruiter that the company’s diversification has proved successful because its new division Parker Wells used “all the normal professional recruitment techniques used in recruiting lawyers”. For example, he says, the company tested all secretarial and admin staff, and met all candidates before submitting them.
