Piran Littleton has been appointed as general manager of the new recruitment resourcing e-tools company, Absolute Resourcing Control Technologies (ARC). In joining ARC, Littleton’s chief aim is to help make recruitment agencies more profitable by applying the best job posting, CV searching and management software available.
