Four in 10 finance sector employers say management accountant roles are the most difficult to fill, according to a report from financial recruitment specialist Advantage Professional.

The report also shows that 27% said that financial and business analysis were among the most in-demand skill sets, while 34% plan to offer additional bonuses as a retention tool.
David Geller, associate director at Advantage Professional, says: “The gradual move towards growth means that we’re seeing a rise in demand for skill sets in forecasting, budgeting, planning and analysis while business critical roles in all areas continue to be filled.”
