Multi-sector recruiter Manpower has announced that David Arkless, Manpower’s president of corporate and government affairs, is going on a field mission to refugee settlements in South Africa, Mozambique and Namibia to better understand the plight of refugees and to identify how the recruiter can help them return to employment.

Arkless is undertaking the field mission in support of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
