Engineering and construction recruiter Maple Resourcing has acquired rail specialist A1 Secured.

The move brings Maple Resourcing a further £7m in annual revenue while Maple Resourcing is also launching a new blue-collar rail and construction division.

Maple Resourcing says all A1 Secured staff will remain in their posts and the firm is recruiting two more consultants, adding that its is looking at offices in the Midlands to expand into the North West.
