Technical recruiter McGinley Support Services (MSS) has used its exposure within airport infrastructure staffing to launch an aviation division.

MSS has hired Gary Edelman as operations manager to lead the division,  which has so far focused on ground handling, cargo and catering services.

Dermot McGinley, chairman of MSS, told Recruiter the company has already seen a significant return on its investment.
