The way in which the medical professional conducts its recruitment is changing, according to Hampshire-based Jobs4Medical.co.uk.
Operations director Vicky Scott says: "We often see an increase in hits in January - with many people making it their new year's resolution to find a new job. However, this year has surpassed any other."

It says medical job postings on the website increased by 200%, since the same time last year. Visitors to the site hit an all time high of more than 610,000 in January, more than double that of the same period last year.

Jobs4Medical also contains useful links to medical information including a medical dictionary link, relevant classified ads, has the option to advertise practices for sale, as well as various links of general interest.
