The number of hospitality jobseekers in the Middle East looking to move to another role has risen year on year, according to a new survey from CatererGlobal.com.
The number of hospitality jobseekers in the Middle East looking to move to another role has risen year on year, according to a new survey from CatererGlobal.com.
The survey shows that 59% believe their next job will take them to another company, up from 56% last year and 53% in 2008. Only 17% thought their next move would be internal.
More than a quarter of these jobseekers feel their next move would be outside the Middle East, with 26% looking to relocate to Europe, while there was a significant increase in interest in Singapore and Africa.
