Less than one in four employees are allowed to work flex-time, according to a new Monster poll.

The poll found that only 22% of UK workers were allowed to work flexibly, while 58% did not have the facility at all.

The poll also showed that for 17% of firms, flexible working was restricted to certain members of staff, while 3% were preparing a flexible working policy at the time of the poll.
