Morgan Stanley is looking to hundreds of additional staff over the next few years, according to a report in the Financial Times.
The investment bank’s new chief executive told the FT: “We are not showing clients enough. We don’t have people on the ground.”
A source close to the bank told Recruiter that the new jobs would be worldwide across all its activities, including fixed income and equities.
The source added that the bank is three quarters of the way through its programme announced last year to recruit 400 staff.
