Marks & Spencer (M&S) is seeking “friendly, motivated and enthusiastic” employees to fill 20,000 new seasonal jobs this Christmas, according to Steve Rowe, director of retail.

The department store will create the new roles across its UK and Republic of Ireland stores. ?

Rowe says: “The festive season is a really special time at M&S and last year we had over 29m customers visit our stores in the week before Christmas. That’s why we’re looking for 20,000 more friendly, motivated and enthusiastic employees to help our customers find everything they need to celebrate Christmas this year.” ?
