Neumann International allies with Pearson Partners

International executive search consultancy Neumann International has entered into an agreement with US executive search firm Pearson Partners International.

International executive search consultancy Neumann International has entered into an agreement with US executive search firm Pearson Partners International.

The alliance agreement offers Neumann “more formalised and intensified” North American coverage to its clients, Dr Andreas Benkitsch, Neumann’s chief financial officer, told Recruiter.

“Neumann and Pearson Partners have worked together for decades, where there was co-operation but no real concerted efforts for cross-Atlantic business,” says Dr Benkitsch.

The formalised partnership will aid both firms’ global reach and enable them to enhance their executive search, HR consulting, assessment and coaching for clients.

The first project under the new agreement is to generate a global employee development programme for an international industrial group, which Dr Benkitsch said was confidential.
