Xansa chief to replace Hays’ Waxman
Hays has announced that that its chief executive, Denis Waxman (pictured left), is to retire in November and will be replaced by Xansa’s chief executive Alistair Cox (pictured right).
Waxman, who was one of the original founders of the business, has been a main Board Director at Hays for nine years and was appointed chief executive in July 2004.
Hays says Cox will be joining the company in the autumn to ensure an “orderly handover”.
Cox has been Xansa chief executive since 2002. Prior to this, he was Regional President of Asia for Blue Circle Industries, latterly Lafarge.
