IT reseller and office supplies provider Pure Data Solutions (PDS) is offering new recruits, who generate £15,000 profit in their first three months at the firm, a golden handshake of £3,000.   

Managing director Steve O’Brien says a key factor in the firm’s success has been employing high quality sales people and providing attractive and innovative incentives for them to succeed in their roles, aimed at generating profit, rather than turnover.

“We know people who fit the bill may be hard to find, even in the current economic climate, so we’re quite prepared to pay, to attract them.”
