A new survey shows that one in ten employees would accept a cut in pay to keep their job.
A new survey shows that one in ten employees would accept a cut in pay to keep their job.
The survey, from HR services provider Ceridian, also shows that a quarter of respondents would be prepared to have their hours and their pensions contributions axed and one in ten would take a demotion to avoid redundancy., while 44% of staff would accept an increase in workload. One in three people would voluntarily put in extra hours, which could potentially see employee stress levels soaring.
