Jobsite launches interactive online interviewing

Jobsite has launched www.bemyinterviewer.co.uk, the UK’s first interactive video-based website offering jobseekers interview practise with some of the UK’s leading business bosses and HR managers.

BeMyInterviewer.co.uk offers more than 100 streamed videos of job interview questions from the likes of Dragons’ Den’s Duncan Bannatyne, The Apprentice’s Ruth Badger and Jacqueline Gold chief executive of Ann Summers and KnickerBox.
BeMyInterviewer.co.uk offers users an insight into the minds of actual interviewers, while helping candidates gain a better understanding of certain organisations and sectors.

The Q&A video format offers clear explanation into why certain interview questions are asked and what would make a good answer. The site’s functionality allows users to answer particular questions or sit through an entire interview so whether they have minutes or hours to prepare, the site aims to boost confidence, and helps put an end to interview jitters.

Keith Potts (pictured), chief executive of Jobsite, says: "Recent Jobsite research showed that unprepared candidates are one of the top two biggest sources of frustration for UK recruiters. BeMyInterviewer can help jobseekers prepare for interviews in a completely new way, offering real interview practise with genuine business interviewers in a fun, interactive environment helping to make the jobhunting process easier and more enjoyable."

The launch of BeMyInterviewer is supported by an integrated digital, PR and print advertising campaign. New business and HR bosses will be added to the site every month to reflect all Jobsite industry sectors.
