The platform enables candidates to upload a ‘CMe’ instead of a CV, with video, personal profiles and certificates. Through providing employers with greater searchability the service aims to connect the right candidate to the right job.

The service also enables employers and candidates to interact online throughout the complete recruitment process, from initial introduction through to checking references, job offer and acceptance.
