The Oxinia Group has added to its range of recruitment disciplines with the acquisiton of Resource Innovations.

The purchase extends the group’s activities to cover HR as well as senior executive search, procurement, supply chain, IT, retail and travel recruitment.

Viki Maguire, group board director and managing director at Purcon, Oxinia’s procurement and supply chain staffing firm, told Recruiter that there would no change to the brand or the management of the firm.

Maguire added that Resource Innovations had moved to Oxinia’s London offices in Buckingham Gate.

Jane Shaw, managing director at Resource Innovations, says: “This recent change to become part of a privately owned group will enable us to continue as Resource Innovations, to offer a high quality specialist HR service  to our clients and candidates whilst being part of a wider group of companies.

“In Oxinia, we have found another organisation that maintains a very similar culture and style of working which enables us to increase our exposure to many more blue chip organisations for our clients and candidates alike.”
