While public sector recruitment spend remains constrained, and private sector activity subdued, Penna Consulting’s H1 performance has been in ‘line with market expectations’, according to chairman, Stephen Rowlinson.

At Penna’s AGM, Rowlinson said: “We are about to complete the first half of our financial year and the company continues to perform in line with market expectations. Public sector spending remains constrained especially in respect of recruitment; we are however seeing encouraging developments in respect of local government utilisation of outplacement and restructuring services.”
