HR solutions provider Penna has announced that it is restructuring the business into four service groups.
The move follows its acquisition by Barkers out of administration last June.
Recruitment communications agency Penna Recruitment and Marketing Communications is headed up by managing director Anne Riley and is divided into two distinct brands – Penna Barkers and Penna TCS. Penna Barkers links Penna Creative Communications with the previous Barkers team. Penna TCS retains the previous TCS brand and staff.
Executive interim and public sector executive search consultancy Penna Executive Recruitment and Interim combines two previous service groups and is led by managing director James Hunt.
Penna HR Consulting integrates the Career Transition consultancy with constituent companies Board and Executive Coaching and Leadership and Performance Consulting. It is headed up by managing director Bev White.
Penna Resourcing links the Penna project recruitment team with the Barkers resourcing business to create a resourcing solutions service. Its managing director is Andy Dolby.
Gary Browning, CEO of Penna, says: “I see the next six months as a time to complete the integration of Barkers and TCS with Penna, so we feel like one organisation and together are able to work collaboratively across our service groups to the mutual benefit of our clients, each other and Penna as a whole.”
