Talent management software provider PeopleClick Authoria has launched a new product which offers to help companies recruit, manage and engage employees through mobile and social media.

Peopleclick Authoria Collaborate’s social media channel helps HR professionals “expand referral networks, extend the company brand and provide training and consultation to help educate the organization on adoption, measuring success and ensuring compliance”, according to the company.

For its mobile equivalent, Collaborate allows candidates to search, apply and monitor their application and select interview times on any browser-enabled mobile device.
