New look for Premier

Following a rebranding exercise, Premier Group-owned finance recruiters ECHM, Nigel Lynn and Morgan McKinley have come together under the name Morgan McKinley. (See p34 of this week’s issue of Recruiter for more details.)

Morgan McKinley, and ECHM, both former Imprint companies, were acquired by recruitment services firm Premier Group in May 2008. Nigel Lynn was acquired in 2005.

Together, the newly branded company will provide contingency and retained recruitment solutions for permanent, temporary and contract roles across five key specialist areas: banking and financial services, commerce & industry, taxation, public practice, public sector and not-for-profit.

The integration has expanded Morgan McKinley’s regional network to 10 offices in the UK as well as operations in Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East.

The rebranding includes a new visual identity and website. The company also plans to integrate back office functions, such as credit control, and to create a single candidate database platform.

Gerald Fitzgerald, CEO of Premier Group UK and Netherlands, comments: “This is an exciting time for us as we bring three respected UK finance brands together under one unifying brand, Morgan McKinley. The rebrand includes a new visual identity for the business but most importantly, under one brand our clients and candidates will have access to an even broader range of talent and opportunities via our sector, functional and geographically aligned specialist consultants.

“Each division within the new Morgan McKinley brand will maintain its area of specialism and our consultants will continue to be singled out for their expertise within each specific sector, function and geographical market in which we operate. Our commitment to quality is absolute and this will only be enhanced by bringing these businesses together.

“Internally, this integration is about bringing our staff together as one team under a common identity. Likewise, it will allow for much greater cohesion between the businesses and provide opportunities to enhance our presence within the UK market and internationally. It is a key step in Morgan McKinley achieving its ambition to be the best professional recruitment company globally.”
