IT and financial services recruiter QPS Group has chosen Microdec Profile RPM recruitment software for use across the group.

The software aims to enhance operations and streamline recruitment processes at QPS’s Longbridge Search & Selection and Qualitas People Solutions’ brands.

Mark Bowyer, business development and marketing manager at Microdec, says: “Consolidating four databases into Profile RPM will allow QPS Group to operate more effectively and save costs, which is high on everyone’s agenda at the moment.

“Profile will be configured for the different business types and workflows, reduce duplicates and allow for centralised reporting across the group.”
