Quirk appointed non-exec director to HROA

Kelly Quirk, managing director of Randstad Managed Services (RMS), has been appointed as a non-executive director to the European board of global HR outsourcing industry body Human Resources Outsourcing Association (HROA).
Meanwhile, RMS sales director Seb O’Connell has been appointed to the association’s special interest group for recruitment process outsourcing (RPO).

RMS is the outsourcing arm of Randstad, one of the world’s leading recruitment and HR services companies.
Tim Gilbert has joined international recruiter Robert Walters as director of sales and marketing. The former managing director of EMR and Ambition joined the group on 13 June.
Global recruitment and outsourcing group Harvey Nash has appointed Margot Katz to lead its talent, recruitment and leadership development strategy. Katz, whose experience extends to serving as group HR director for an international pharmaceutical company as well roles in strategic HR consulting and board-level executive coaching, will work globally across Harvey Nash’s operations to mentor and develop key staff.
Multi-sector recruiter Search Consultancy has appointed Julie Calisir as director for its call and contact centre and office services divisions in Scotland. Calisir joins Search from Rise Group where she was head of recruitment.
Recruitment giant Adecco Group has reshuffled its executive committee. Alain Dehaze has been appointed as the new regional head of France, Switzerland & India, replacing François Davy, who leaves the Adecco Group. Current finance manager for Adecco’s business in Iberia and South America, Martin Alonso, joins the executive committee and will become regional head of Northern Europe, succeeding Alain Dehaze.
Korn/Ferry International, global provider of talent management solutions, has appointed Jonathan R Holmes as managing director, Middle East. Holmes’ executive search career with Korn/Ferry spans over 18 years and five countries, where he has undertaken general management searches across a range of geographies and industries, including industrial, consumer and healthcare.
GCS Recruitment Specialists has appointed its first head of a trading division. Chris Devonshire, who has worked his way up through the ranks of GCS since joining as a resourcer in February 2000, has been appointed head of GCS Technology.
