Racist recruitment practices by recruiters have been revealed by the BBC in an undercover investigation.

BBC One’s Inside Out West programme found that 25 out out of 30 recruiters agreed to a request to only send white applicants for a receptionist’s job.

Tom Hadley, director of external relations at the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), told the Metro Newspaper: “It shows there’s still a lot of work we need to do. We will not tolerate this kind of discriminatory behaviour.”
