Multi-sector recruiter Randstad Holding has appointed  Daniel Foley as president of Randstad Professionals US.

Foley, a former vice president of information technology for Randstad Professionals and president of Sapphire Technologies North America, will take charge of the recruiter’s professional staffing segments, including information technology, engineering, finance and accounting, human resources, healthcare and life sciences, legal and managed services.
