Castlerock Care Services owner, Ian Munro, has launched a new rec-to-rec agency called Appoint Rec2Rec to supply recruitment staff to the healthcare sector.

Munro told Recruiter the company was launched in response to his difficulties finding staff in the sector.

“[Healthcare recruiter] Castlerock has been going for over 10 years and there have been several occasions when we have turned to rec-to-rec agencies to help fulfil our own staffing requirements. However, more often than not, they have been ill-equipped to do so.”

The new agency is based in St Helens, Merseyside, and will be led by manager Lynn Spruce.

Spruce told Recruiter: “We’re already looking for candidates to fill vacancies as care consultants as branch managers and recruitment consultants in various locations across the country.”
