Empresaria buys 60% stake in Intelligence Consultants

Multi-sector recruiter Empresaria has acquired a 60% stake in engineering recruiter Intelligence Consultants.

 

The remaining 40% of shares will be retained by the firm’s founder and chief executive Michael Yang.

 

Intelligence Consultants has offices in China and Singapore.

 

Miles Hunt, chief executive at Empresaria, said: “Intelligence Consultants operates in a region with significant growth opportunities. It is our second investment in mainland China, reflecting our commitment to this market.  Our investment is in line with a very defined group policy of focussing on high growth staffing businesses, in different geographic markets and in diverse, specialist sectors.  I look forward to working closely with Michael and his team.”
