Alexander Mann Solutions appoints new chairman and chief financial officer

Recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) firm Alexander Mann Solutions has appointed Tony Rice as chairman of the board and Gordon Stuart as chief financial officer with immediate effect.

Tony Rice is the group managing director and central and finance director of Cable & Wireless, having worked previously as chief executive of Tunstall Holdings, as well as group treasurer and then group managing director of the commercial aircraft division of British Aerospace.
 
Gordon Stuart was most recently group finance director of Xansa until its acquisition by Groupe Steria. He is a former finance director of London Bridge Software Holdings and has held senior roles at Dell Computer Corporation and McKinsey & Co.
 
Rosaleen Blair, chief executive of Alexander Mann Solutions, said: “I am delighted to welcome Tony and Gordon to the firm. Both bring invaluable experience and distinguished track records with them, and the fact that we have recruited such high calibre individuals should be seen as an indication of our ambition and optimism for the future.”
