This week, the shortlist will be announced for the 2009 Recruiter Awards for Excellence, supported by Thomas International. The list contains the names of 87 companies and four individuals who have been identified as finalists for this year’s top recruitment industry honours.

Twenty-one judges, including recruitment professionals from both agencies and in-house, narrowed the field of contenders and picked the winners during a judging day in London on 9 February. Watch for the 18 February issue of Recruiter for the full list. 

Recruiter spoke with three judges on the day to get their reactions to the entries.
