Recruitment coaching firm Recruitment Business Solutions is to launch.

The firm, which will provide mentoring, business advice and coaching services for the recruitment industry, is led by Alison Kennedy, who previously ran the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) consultancy arm.

Kennedy says: “Regardless of whether you are starting up a recruitment agency for the first time or you are an experienced business owner weathering the current stormy climate, the need for advice and support is huge.

“I can’t think of the number of times in the past where I wished that I had had an expert to talk things through with and possibly made unnecessary and time consuming mistakes, which I could have avoided had the expertise been available to me at the time.”
