Almost half (47%) are expecting to increase their staffing levels over the course of the coming year according to research from Encore Personnel.

The survey of 334 businesses also showed that also shows that 45% expect no increase and only 8% predict staff cuts. 

The survey also shows that more than half (58%) of firms predict an increase in business levels,

with only 7% predicting a decline, while the other 35% are predict similar levels to 2009.
