Bill Boorman’s search for the country’s national sales champion begins again next Wednesday (5 August).

Prizes will be awarded to the individual and company with the highest scores, while points will be won throughout the day for both activities completed and results achieved and scores will be reported back every two hours.

Ongoing running totals will also be posted on Bill’s LinkedIn ‘Good News Group’ and entrants can post updates and comments on their progress via Twitter.

Scoring ranges from one point for making a call, to seven points for securing an interview or making a booking.

Boorman says: “The competition should be great fun and a really good opportunity to get the ‘sales ball’ rolling, as the market is definitely turning.

“In the spirit of competition, scores will be taken on a trust basis, but remember there is no glory in winning by cheating! Good luck!”

Selling starts at 10am on 5 August, following a conference call for all competitors which will detail the rules for the day.
